YSRCP Slams Secrecy Around Chandrababu’s New Palatial Home In Hyderabad

YSRCP slammed the utter secrecy in the construction of the palatial mansion of Chandrababu Naidu. The party demanded that Chandrababu Naidu make public the cost of the palace-like home and sought to know why is trying to keep everything associated with the house under wraps.

Speaking to mediapersons at the party's central office on Tuesday, party spokesperson Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said while Chandrababu made every AP employee to shift to Amaravati, he had his palatial house constructed at a cost of hundreds of crores of rupees. He said the fittings and the furnishings were purchased in foreign countries and were bought at exorbitantly high prices. The Italian marbles used for the floor of the house were worth Rs 40000 per sq. feet.

"Chandrababu had promised that the capital would vie with Daos, Singapore and Shanghai. But, now it turns out that his house would vie with the Shanghai city," Bhumana quipped.
