Writ petition filed against CV Anand with AP HC

A writ petition was filed in the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Sunday,  against the Cyberabad commissioner CV Anand, alleging that the latter did not respond to a case on land grabbing filed with him.  

Kamala Kumari filed the writ petition, saying that the Cyberabad commissioner tortured her mentally by not admitting her case. She requested the court to direct him to attend to it.

The petition is likely to come for hearing on Tuesday.
