Woman Raped By Son

Kerala: In a heinous crime, a 45-year-old woman was raped by her son Prasanth in Thiruvananthapuram.

The woman approached police as her son made a second attempt to rape her on Wednesday

The 25-year-old man who works as woodcutter was arrested after the Vithura police. The woman approached police as her son made a second attempt to rape her on Wednesday. The woman said that she was raped on March 24 by her son when her husband was away at work. Out of fear and shame she didn’t report the incident, she said adding, she kept a distance from her son.

According to reports, the accused is married and has a three-year-old daughter. He was deserted by his wife for his alcohol abuse.
