Why Agnyaathavaasi Trailer Didn’t Release Today

Fans of power star Pawan Kalyan were eagerly waiting for the release of the much hyped trailer of his film Agnyaathavaasi. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film is one of the hugely awaited films of the years. The makers had announced that the trailer will be released sometime today. However, till now there's no word of it.

It all started after reports of Agnyaathavaasi being a copy of a French film emerged. Things got worse after this news reached the director the original titled Largo Winch. He tweeted saying he was keen on watching the film.

Although none from the film crew has reacted to the copyright infringement issue, their silence has raised doubts over the content of Agnyaathavaasi. The talk in the industry is that the makers want to play it safe now and don't want to spark another controversy by releasing the trailer. If there are indeed similarities with the French film, then it could mean inviting trouble only a few days ahead of release.
