'United Andhra' leaders hold meeting

The agitation to keep the state united gained momentum again as Seemaandra Congress leaders held a series of meetings.

The meeting at CLP office was attended by Minister for School Education S. Sailajanath, former minister JC Diwakar Reddy, MP Gade Venkata Reddy and senior MLA Adala Prabhakar Reddy on Sunday.

Sources said that they decided to hold another meeting  after Sankranti to pressurise the Congress high command not to split the state.
