Triple Talaq Unconstitutional, Rules Alahabad High Court

Allahabad, Dec 8: The Allahabad High Court on Thursday ruled that Triple Talaq was unconstitutional. Triple Talaq, a traditional way of divorcing wife by pronouncing 'Talaq, Talaq, Talaq' according to Muslim law violates human right, a high court bench said.

Personal law of any community cannot be above the constitution, the bench declared.
