Traffic Jam at Panthangi Toll Plaza

Nalgonda: Panthangi toll plaza in Choutuppal mandal of Nalgonda district is currently witnessing heavy traffic jam as denizens of Hyderabad are lining up to go to their native places for the Dasara holidays.

Also, there has a notable increase in traffic movement on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway. Vehicle movement has slowed down considerably on the roads leading up to the toll gate on Saturday. There is a large queue of vehicles on Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway.

Meanwhile, traffic in the city itself has reduced and is expected to further come down in the next couple of days, police officials said.
