Bollywood has a fascination for sequels. The reason behind is that if the first films mints moolah at the ticket window, then the filmmakers plan to make more on the craze and go for sequels that they think will bring more profits.

1. Raaz

The film is a horror franchise and except the last one, all the previous ones stood as blockbuster. Raaz (2002), Raaz: The Mystery Continues(2009), Raaz 3D (2012) and Raaz Reboot (2016)

2. Golmaal

Rohit Shetty's Golmaal franchise has received stupendous response from the audience. So far four instalments have been made - Golmaal: Fun Unlimited (2006), Golmaal Returns (2008), Golmaal 3 (2010), and Golmaal Again (2017), while Golmaal 5 (TBA) has just been planned.

3. Dhoom

The all-time hit sequel from Yash Raj banner which are Dhoom 1, Dhoom 2 and Dhoom 3.

4. Hate Story

The erotic thriller has three sequels : Hate Story, Hate Story 2 and Hate Story 3

5. Sarkar

Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar has was widely appreciated. The sequels are Sarkar , Sarkar Raj and Sarkar 3.

6. Krishh

It has four parts : Koi... Mil Gaya (2003), Krrish (2006), Krrish 3 (2013) and Krrish 4 (2020)

7. Murder

It has three sequels - Murder, Murder 2 and Murder 3.

8. Kyaa Kool Hain Hum

These sequels have Tushhar Kapoor and Ritesh Deshmukh in the lead. They are: Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum and Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3.

9. Masti

Masti released in 2004 was followed by Grand Masti and then Great Grand Mast.

10. My Friend Ganesha
