Thummala petition struck down

The High Court has struck down the petition filed by minister Thummala Nageswara Rao against Congress MLA Povvada Ajay Kumar.
The minister had charged that the MLA resorted to irregularities in elections. The High Court struck down the petition citing lack of evidence.
