Telangana effect: Ganta Srinivasa Rao resigns

Minister for Investment and Infrastructure, Ganta Srinivasa Rao has resigned from his post to protest the Congress decision to form a separate Telangana state on Thursday afternoon.

Sources said that Ganta sent his resignation letter in proper format to the Speaker’s office and Chief Minister.

Earlier in the day, Anaparthi MLA Nallamilli Sesha Reddy has resigned from his post protesting the high command’s move to concede Telangana.
