Teacher Killed By Colleague In Classroom Over Extra-Marital Relation 

Chittoor: A woman teacher was killed in the classroom by a colleague in an elementary school at Mabbuvaripeta in Gangavaram mandal in Chittoor district on Thursday.

Accused Chandramouli attacked his colleague with a knife and stabbed her indiscriminately in front of the children in the classroom. After stabbing her in multiple places, he fled away thinking that she was dead. However, the school staff shifted her to a hospital as she was still battling for life. However, she died by the time they reached the hospital.

An ex-marital relation between both the teachers is believed to be the reason behind her murder. Police are investigating also from the angle of her ex-husband who might have provoked the murder.
