Talasani assumes charge as minister

Hyderabad: Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Wednesday officially took over as Minister for Commercial Taxes and Cinematography in Telangana state.

Speaking to media persons in Hyderabad, Talasani said he will strive for the development of film industry in Telangana. He also assured to encourage small budget movies. He took over ministerial post after a gap of 10 years. He served as minister during the TDP regime.

Meanwhile, He was elected to the T assembly from Sanathnagar constituency on TDP ticket, but later resigned  from both the party and the post to join the TRS.
