Son Kills Father Over Property Dispute

Anantapur: A man surrendered himself to the police after he killed his father over a property dispute at Madakasira on Sunday.

The accused Shiva Kumar, a native of Ambedkar Kudali near Madakasira bludgeoned his father Lingappa to death with a heavy stone. Lingappa, who sustained severe head injuries died on the spot.

Later, Shiva Kumar went to the police station and surrendered himself to the police. The police registered a case and sent him for remand.
