Security guard at Air Force station commits suicide

A defence security guard deployed at Hakimpet Air Force station in Hyderabad today allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself.

Shashi (55), allegedly shot himself with his SLR gun while he was on security duty at around 10.30 am, police said.

He was from Alleppey district of Kerala, police added. The cause behind the act was not known yet. Alwal police are conducting further probe.
