Rahul Not Allowed To Meet Ex-Soldier’s Kin  

New Delhi: Police on Wednesday prevented Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi from meeting the family of a retired soldier who committed suicide demanding OROP's implementation.

Police closed the gates of the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here when Gandhi went to meet the kin of Ram Kishan Grewal.

An upset Gandhi told the media: "It is an undemocratic mentality. A new kind of India is being created. It is Modiji's India."

Grewal killed himself at a park here on Tuesday, police said.
