Polavaram tender: AP HC adjourns case hearing

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has once again adjourned the hearing on a petition filed by joint venture of Soma company against the state government challenging allotment of Polavaram tenders to Transstroy India Ltd in a hurry when the matter was pending in the court on March 25 .

It may be recalled that the court directed the state government to submit high-level committee report on the Polavaram tenders.
