Payyavula files plea against bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh

TDP MLA Payyavula Keshav on Wednesday filed a petition in the Surpeme Court challenging the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

In the petition, Payyavula Keshav requested the court to give clarity on the contentious Article 371 (D) of the Constitution of India.
