Panabaka Lakshmi faces Samaikyandhra heat

At a time when protests for Samaikyandhra had reached its peaks and union ministers from Seemandhra are facing the wrath of the agitators.

Minister of State for Petroleum Panabaka Lakshmi faced Samaikyandhra heat at Bapatla in Guntur district on Thursday. Protesters expressed their anger and demanded that he submit his resignation.

She was there to participate in a deeksha being carried out by the employment JAC. Police intervened and dispersed the agitators. However, she made it clear that she will not resign from her post.  The union minister left the place with police protection.
