Opposition voice being gagged, YSRCP MLAs stage dharna in Assembly

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) members on Tuesday staged a dharna in the Assembly against the speaker for denying mike to the main opposition party.

The YSRCP leaders were on their feet asking permission to speak in the House. 

As the speaker remained unmoved, the YSRCP MLAs trooped into the well and staged a demonstration. They wore black badges around their mouths while protesting. Criticising the way Assembly proceedings are being conducted, the YSRCP members alleged that the main opposition is being denied its right to raise the voice of the people.
YS Jagan expressed his dissatisfaction over Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad for allowing frequent interruptions during his speech.
