Non-bailable warrant against Kothapalli Geetha

Erramanzil court in Hyderabad on Monday issued a non-bailable warrant against Araku MP Kothapalli Geetha for not appearing before it in connection with a cheque-bounce case.

Kothapalli Geetha had taken a loan from the Visweswarayya Infrastructure company and she has submitted a cheque for the amount to repay the loan. However, the check bounced. The company filed a case against the MP after the cheque bounced.
The court today issued the non-bailable warrant after she failed to appear before the court.
