TS Sankranthi Holidays From This Date

The Telangana Government has officially declared Sankranthi holidays for all schools. The administration has issued an order saying that all schools will remain closed from January 12 to 17, 2024. The holiday schedule will apply to all the schools in the state except missionary schools.

Intermediate students will enjoy holidays from January 13 to 16. The vacation for junior colleges is shorter because of the differential academic schedule. 

The Sankranthi festivities will commence on January 14 with Bhogi. Sankranthi falls on the 15th, while Kanuma will be celebrated on the 16th.
