OTT Releases This Week: Kara, Spider Noir, Jetlee and More to Stream Online

This week, several new movies and web series are arriving on popular OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, and ZEE5. Audiences can enjoy comedy, thriller, family drama, and superhero content in multiple languages from the comfort of their homes.

Jetlee:

The comedy thriller Jetlee, starring Satya, is already streaming on JioHotstar. Directed by Riteish Rana, the film offers a mix of comedy and suspense. Actress Rhea Singha played the female lead, while Vennela Kishore, Ajay, Harsha Chemudu, and Kabir Duhan Singh appeared in important roles.

Brothers and Sisters:

Tamil family drama Brothers and Sisters will start streaming on JioHotstar from May 27. Directed by Chidambaram Manivannan, the series tells the story of a strict family head whose hidden relationship creates problems within the family. The show features Bose Venkat, Gayathri Shastry, Nikhila Sankar, Kishore, and others in key roles.

Roommates:

Kannada comedy-drama Roommates is set to stream on ZEE5 from May 27. The story follows four friends whose lives become chaotic after a small argument during a cricket game turns into a major ego clash. Directed by Darshan Shinde, the show stars Aashith, Aahan, Jerome, and Sachin Kumar Pawar.

Spider Noir:

Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage stars in Spider Noir, an American superhero noir series based on Marvel Comics. The story follows an aging private investigator and superhero in 1930s New York City as he struggles with his past. The series will stream on Prime Video from May 27.

Kara:

The heist thriller Kara, starring Dhanush and Mamitha Baiju, will release on Netflix from May 28 in multiple languages. Directed by Vignesh Raja, the movie follows a robber trying to steal from banks to secure a better future for his family. KS Ravi Kumar, Jayaram, and Suraj Venjaramoodu also played important roles.

Cousins & Kalyanams:

Family drama series Cousins & Kalyanams will start streaming on JioHotstar from May 29. The story revolves around six cousins dealing with emotional moments, family relationships, and wedding celebrations. Directed by Vishnu Chandran and Kannan Thamarakkulam, the series stars Nainita Maria, Nandita, Manaswini Ram, and Krishna Vijay. Four new episodes will be released every Friday.
