Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna Reject Massive OTT Wedding Deal Offer

Tollywood’s most-talked-about couple, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, has once again grabbed headlines — not for their films, but for big money and personal choices around their much-speculated wedding plans.

Despite months of rumours about a possible tie-up in February 2026, neither star has made any official announcement about their wedding. Still, recent buzz on social media suggested that major OTT platforms were fighting to secure exclusive rights to the couple’s wedding footage.

According to reports, an international streaming giant — widely believed to be Netflix — offered a whopping ₹60 crore for the digital rights to stream the wedding ceremony. This would have smashed previous benchmarks for celebrity wedding content in India, such as the Nayanthara–Vignesh Shivan documentary deal, which was acquired for around ₹25 crore.

However, the offer was turned down. Sources close to Vijay and Rashmika say the couple prefers to keep such a deeply personal moment private and intimate, shared only with close family and friends rather than broadcast for entertainment or commercial gain.

While the buzz continues about whether the wedding will take place in Udaipur later this month on a date like February 26, 2026 as suggested by unverified reports, neither Vijay nor Rashmika has confirmed these details publicly.

The refusal of the mega OTT deal — despite the huge price tag — highlights the couple’s desire to control their personal narrative amid intense media and fan interest surrounding one of Tollywood’s favourite pairs.
