The Fans Are Worried For SHINee’s Onew

In the most recent episode of "Point of Omniscient Interfere," SHINee's Onew, who recently took a break from activities because of health issues, made an appearance, looking incredibly thin.

The members of SHINee were seen practicing new music for their much-anticipated comeback in the new edition of the MBC entertainment show.

On this day, SHINee's manager presented the group's most recent song, "HARD," and said, "SHINee chose this hip-hop genre to show what SHINee is capable of." In the episode, all four members could be seen working hard.

The SHINee members and their manager took a break after practicing and talked about their 2008 debut. Onew questioned the members, "How long do you guys think we would have to practise if we received this choreography when we first debuted in 2008?" "Probably about two months," Taemin replied. They discussed how they had to travel across the nation in order to perform at various festivals. 

Onew, however, caught the attention of fans on this particular day because he appeared to be extremely underweight.

An official statement that was made by SM Entertainment informing that Onew is dropping from this promotion due to his deteriorating health. "After wrapping up the 15th-anniversary fan meeting in May, the members of SHINee most recently finished preparing their 8th full album comeback and were starting preparations for their solo concert in June," the label said. "Member Onew attended an expert for a checkup and consultation because his health was deteriorating, and was told there to take rest and get treatment.”

Onew calmed his fans by promising to return once his health had improved. "I think there may have been a miscommunication or error, but I've made this decision to protect what I want to protect and because the future is more important," he wrote in a letter to his fans. "However, please be happy and healthy! I'll think and regain my health so that we can share important happy days and bits of life. I apologise for worrying you."
