Kapus welfare possible only under YSRCP, says Adapa Seshu
Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a man of word. CM YS Jagan delivered on the promises he made to the Kapu community, Kapu Corporation Chairman Adapa Seshu said on Monday.
Speaking to media persons, Seshu said Pawan Kalyan from Kapu community floated a political party some 11 years ago while YSRCP came into existence in 2011 and we see the stark difference between these two parties.
He said that CM Jagan has given appropriate representation to the Kapus in his government. Several of them were elected to the state Assembly after the 2019 elections and some of them were given ministership by YS Jagan government, the Kapu leader remarked.
Taking a dig at Jana Sena Party leader, he said Pawan Kalyan betrayed the Kapu community by agreeing to contest the elections on merely 21 tickets. He said that Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan will forever remain as actors for us. He strongly reacted to the comments made by Kolikapudi Srinivasa Rao on Ranga's death case.
Notably, a veteran Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham recently joined the ruling YSRCP. He said people have stopped believing in actor-turned-politicians after the legendary NTR. Jana Sena will begin disappearing into political oblivion, Mudragada predicted.
