Nallala Odelu likely to be made chief whip

Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao began the exercise of appointing chief whips and whips in state assembly and council.

Sources revealed that Nallala Odelu and Sudhakara Reddy were likely to be made chief whips in assembly and council respectively.

KCR may announce these names in the cabinet meeting to be held on Friday evening.

The issue of power production in Srisailam project, which is creating tension between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, will also be discussed in the cabinet meeting.
