Mathangi to Cash in On Sivagami Mania

Ramya Krishna’s Malayalam blockbuster Mathangi is to be dubbed into Telugu to cash in on the Sivagami mania.

Directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam and produced by Ramya Krishna’s sister Vinaya Krishnan, Mathangi is set to be released in June. This horror thriller, which is about the bond of a mother and daughter, also stars Jayaram, Sampath and Om Puri in key roles.

Ramya Krishna’s performance as Sivagami in Baahubali has won many hearts and the makers of Mathangi hope to cash in on this fame.
