Lorry overturns due to heavy rains at Lakdi-Ka-Pul

Hyderabad: Traffic came to a standstill since Thursday night at the busy Lakdi-Ka-Pul junction in the city as a lorry overturned in the middle of the road. 

According to traffic police, the lorry driver lost control and skidded while turning at the junction leading to the accident. The driver was the only person in the empty lorry which was damaged due to the impact, traffic police said. 
On Friday morning during the rush hour, commuters faced a hard time as the lorry was still not removed.
