Hyderabad: It is widely known that Minister for Municipal Administration, Panchayati Raj and IT, Telangana, K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) is very active on Twitter. He often resolves all kinds of administrative issues upon requests by citizens. But, he is in the news for a strange reason this time.

An ardent IPL fan, Sai Teja, requested KTR for free passes an IPL match in Hyderabad. "respected @KTRTRS sir can u give me 3 free @IPL Passes for the match in Hyderabad #srh #kTR #Telangana," he tweeted.

In reply, KTR wittingly replied, "Naa Valla Kaadu Babu" (I cant't do this brother). This reply from the popular minister is drawing more attention as it is going viral.
