KTR’s 1995 Throwback Picture Posted On Twitter

Hyderabad: Telangana IT minister K. Taraka Rama Rao on Tuesday posted a picture of his teenage on his Twitter handle.

"Throwback to 1995 thereabouts. An old friend sent it now," the minister captioned the picture. The picture showed KTR sporting a mustache and wearing a checks shirt. The photo might be taken in his college days, which showed the minister enjoying with his friends.

One of the old friends of KTR has sent the picture to him, which is grabbing attention of the netizens after posting it on Twitter.
