KCR speaks in inebriated condition: Nama

TDP MP Nama Nageswara Rao, has thrown an open challenge to the TRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday.
Talking to media persons in New Delhi, Nama challenged KCR to contest against him in Khammam district and win in elections.
"KCR is talking in an inebriated condition and Telangana is not the property of KCR," Nageswara Rao said.
