KCR congratulates 'Sakshi' cartoonist Sankar

Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao congratulated ‘Sakshi’ cartoonist Sankar for getting an international award.
“I am very happy to know that Sankar was chosen for the award,” said KCR.
Sankar got First prize for caricature in Grand Pix World Press Cartoon 2014.
His caricature of Nelson Mandela got the first prize in the entries got from 64 countries around the world for the year.
