Heavy rains across state disrupt rail services

Heavy rains across Andhra Pradesh has halted railway services plying from Secunderabad — officials have said.
Many railway tracks have been damaged because of the heavy downpour, the railway authorities have said.
Many trains have been stopped for the same reason.
