HC notices to State, Centre on Kovvada nuk plant

The State High Court on Monday issued notices to State and Central governments on proposed Kovvada nuclear power project in Srikakulam district.

The Court, which took up hearing on the petition filed by Capt J Rama Rao challenging the setting up of nuclear plant at Kovvada, served notices to both the State and the Centre seeking explanation on the project.
