GHMC Officials Served Notices For Negligence In Duties 

Hyderabad: For failing to address public grievances, seven officials were served notices by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) commissioner B Janardhan Reddy.

Incidentally, the officials who were served notices belonged to engineering and health wings which play pivotal role in providing civic amenities

At a review meeting held on Wednesday Janardhan Reddy said that the seven officials were found of dereliction of duty, adding that only 50 percent of the complaints notified through GHMC app has been addressed.

Following are the officers who were served notices - Dr Aijaz Kasim, Dr Lakshman Singh, assistant medical officers, Pradeep and Ashok Samrat, deputy municipal commissioners and S. Srinivas Rao, G. Bahu Singh and C. Krishna, who are engineering officials.
