Fake Doctor Held For Duping Patient Of Rs3 Lakh 

Hyderabad: A fake doctor was arrested on Wednesday by the Madannapet police on charges of cheating a patient to the tune of Rs3 lakh. The accused identified as Kaleem Ahmed Khan operated his clinic at Mehdipatnam by displaying fake degrees.

The complainant Abdul Majeed said that Khan took Rs6 lakh to cure an ailment. After taking the amount he kept on postponing the treatment. “When we demanded to pay back the amount he returned Rs3 lakh. Realizing that we were duped, we approached Madannapet police," said Majeed.

A case has been booked against Khan, who had earlier duped several others in similar way.
