Explosion In Illegal Cracker Making Unit, 3 killed, 3 hurt

Visakhapatnam:  A massive explosion at an illegal cracker unit in Visakhapatnam district claimed three lives and injured three other workers seriously.

The blast occurred in A. Kothapally village of of Devarapally mandal. It is known that the manufacturing unit had been running without permission.

Firefighters rushed to the spot and are engaged in putting out the razing flames. The injured workers, whose condition is said to be serious, have been sent to Visakhapatnam for treatment. Police registered a case and the probe is underway.
