Elderly Man Collapses In Bank Queue, Dies En Route To Hospital

Hyderabad: The serpentine queues in front of banks, that have now become a familiar feature of banks all over the country have claimed another life in Secunderabad.

Laxminarayana, a retired government employee who was standing in queue at the Andhra Bank branch in West Marredpally on Tuesday, patiently awaiting his turn, collapsed suddenly.

Other customers who were at the bank scrambled to assist him and move him to a nearby hospital. Laxminaraya however lost his life en route to the hospital.
