'Democracy murdered in assembly'

YSRCP MLA Ravindranath Reddy said that  democracy was murdered in the state assembly.

He lamented that new capital for the state was announced without any discussion in the assembly.

The MLA said that the capital site was chosen near Vijayawada only to benefit chief minister's coterie.

Another YSRCP MLA Rajanna Dora commented that the TDP government has forced its decision on the people of the state. “TDP government did not do anything for the North Andhra region,” said the legislator.
