Did Rahul Gandhi declare himself a British Citizen?

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy too had written to the Prime Minister claiming that Rahul Gandhi declared himself a British citizen to float a firm in the UK. The Congress promptly dismissed the charge. The ethics committee is headed by veteran BJP leader LK Advani.
