Decision to quit Cong after Dec 9: Komatireddy

Former minister and Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Tuesday said that he had resigned his minister post for the sake of separate Telangana State.

Talking to media persons in Hyderabad Komatireddy said  one section of media  had misquoted his Monday's  statements.  He said he had not decided on his future course of action and that it will depend on the Congress high command decision on the Telangana issue.

"I will take my final decision to float a new party or not only after Dec 9  after discussing with senior leaders like Jaipal Reddy, Jana Reddy and KCR", Komitireddy said.
