Dasari Narayana Rao No More

Hyderabad: Prominent Tollywood director and former union minister Dasari Narayana Rao passed away on Tuesday evening at KIMS hospital, where he has been admitted a week ago. He was 75.

Dasari's health condition turned critical at KIMS hospital, where he was put on haemo-dialysis. The doctors had performed a surgery to him three days ago.

Dasari had undergone gastric balloon surgery three days ago. Post this surgery, several internal organs were found to be infected. From Tuesday morning, heavy fluctuations were noticed in his blood pressure and sugar levels. It may recalled that the ace director had fallen sick a month ago after he complained of difficulty in breathing. He was later discharged from the hospital after treatment. Since then, his health continued to deteriorate.
