Police Conduct Massive Cordon And Search Operation In Nizampet

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police held 60 suspects and seized 61 vehicles in a cordon and search operation because they were not able to produce valid documents, here at Nizampet neighbourhood in Bachupally.

The operation was conducted from 10 pm in the night on Monday till 3 am in the morning on Tuesday. Police said this particular operation involved 180 police personnel, including Madhapur DCP A. Venkateshwar Rao.

The search parties covered a total of 1,201 houses at the local Indiramma Phase I in Nizampet near Bachupally. Police detained 57 people as suspects and three repeat offenders and seized 33 bikes, 26 autos and two cars by the end of the operation.
