Consultations on 'T' on: shinde

Even after the self-imposed deadline set by Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde expired, he refused to give any time frame to decide on the  contentious Telangana statehood issue.

Taking to reporters in New Delhi on Wednesday, Shinde said, 'consultation process was still on'.

Stating that the discussions over the Telangana issue were on, he said that the government was making all efforts to solve the issue.
