Colleges agree to 35,000 tution fees

The much-awaited counselling for admission into engineering and other professional courses in Andhra Pradesh would end soon as the managements of several professional colleges today agreed to the proposal of Rs 35,000 towards tuition fees reimbursement.

The representatives of managements told reporters that they agreed to the Government's proposal for Rs 35,000 reimbursement and appealed to all the colleges in the state to accept the same. Some colleges were reportedly not ready to accept the proposal. The row over the fees reimbursement made it difficult to conduct the counselling.
