Chiru-Shinde meet to decide on-arrival visa for tourists

Union Minister for Tourism Chiranjeevi on Friday met Home Minister Susheel Kumar Shinde and was holding deliberations.

Sources said their meeting attained importance as Chiranjeevi proposed to provide on-arrival visa facility to the foreign tourists. In a bid to give a facelift to tourism, the Union Govt has taken several initiatives. The on-arrival visa facility was already in vogue, but it had mooted to make it applicable to about 17 more nations.
