TRS MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh is not an Indian citizen: High Court

In a major blow to TRS MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh , the Andhra Pradesh High Court ruled that he was not an Indian citizen.

The court in it's verdict on Wednesday said that the TRS MLA's election is invalid as he submitted false proofs to the Election Commission while filing his nominations.
It's a known fact that Chennamaneni contested as the TRS candidate from Vekmulawada and won.
