Chaitanyapuri: BJP workers obstruct PM's convoy

Workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) attempted to obstruct the movement of  the convoy of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at Chaitanyapuri in Hyderabad on Sunday.

The PM was in the city to examine the site of blasts that rocked the city on Thursday, killing 16 people and injuring 100.

When Singh reached Chatanyapuri, the BJP members tried to stop his convoy. However, police foiled their attempts and arrested them.

The police shifted the BJP activists to LB Nagar police station.
