Bridge groom Ties Knot And Runs Away

Kurnool: In a shocking incident, a bride groom ran away from the marriage hall after tying the knot on Wednesday at Jupadu Bungalow in Kurnool district.

The bride, Mothe Lakshmi, married Kurumurthy, a native of Kollapur in Nagarkurnool on May17. Few hours after marriage, the bride groom fled from the hall. On learning about the bride groom going missing, Laksmi informed her parents and the family began a search. However, Kurumurthy couldn't be traced.

Left with no option, they lodged a complaint with the police. Sources said that Kurumurthy was already married and his first wife had filed a complaint against him in Kollapur police station.

Kurumurthy lives in Hyderabad and makes short films for a living.
