BJP leader’s son kidnapped

A 15-year-old boy, Sabarish, was kidnapped by unidentified women at Secunderabad railway station on Sunday evening.

According to police, the boy son of local BJP leader Ponna Venkatramana, was threatened by two women before kidnapping him.

Sabarish is in class 10 and belongs to Old city. Locals who noticed the miscreants immediately alerted Venkatramana. The BJP leader later filed a complaint with the Shalibanda police.

Police have launched a manhunt to trace the boy.
